Yes, in most cases. We check the existing tiles for flatness, structural integrity, and height clearance at the site visit. If the tiles are sound and the floor height allows for the additional vinyl thickness without door clearance issues, we install directly over them — saving you the cost of tile removal.

Vinyl can be installed over concrete slabs, existing ceramic tiles, plywood, screed, and most solid subfloor types. It cannot be installed over carpet, uneven subfloors with significant height variations, or surfaces with active moisture issues without corrective preparation work.

We supply everything — materials, adhesive or underlay, skirting, and transition strips. You can also supply your own materials and just use our installation service. Both options are available; let us know at the site visit stage.

Manufacturer warranties on materials — typically 10 to 25 years depending on grade — are passed to you in writing at project handover.
